Products Description
Impeller type packing machine is designed for filling bulk, powdery and granular products such as wall putty, cement, sand, lime, slag and other dry mortars into valve bags weighing from 10 to 50 kilograms or more. The microcomputer system of the packer uses industrial components and STM process for manufacturing, has the advantages of small size, strong functions, high reliability and good adaptability. Integrates weighing control, has unique anti-jamming ability, and can be used in harsh environments.
Principle of operation:
The material prepared for packing is loaded from the intermediate material packing hopper into the inlet of the packing machine, and then the rotaring impller transfer the mateirals into the valve bags.
Dosing of the product - by weight, is carried out according to the "gross" principle, the product is continuously weighed together with the bag as it is filled. The packing speed is directly related to the dose process. When packing a product with a weight of 1000 kg/m³ in 50 kg bags, its capacity is up to 8 t/h.
The properties of the product have a significant impact on the packing speed.

The rotary impeller, which is an integral part of the packer, is equipped with a quick-release side cover that allows easy access to the inside of the rotary impeller for cleaning and inspection.
Independent adjustment of the pressure of compressed air supplied to the filling channel allows using the packer to work with various products, including those are difficult to pack.
The free section of the dosing valve in the "thin" flow mode is adjustable, which makes it possible to adjust the dosing error in the required range. Filled bags with material rest on a stationary support.
After filling is finish the bag will be released and push away from the nozzle, then falls onto the receiving belt conveyor. The vertical and horizontal position is adjusted according to the dimensions of the bags. The receiving conveyor is equipped with guards to ensure the correct position of the bags on the belt. Product bags could be stacked on pallets and moved to the warehouse or immediately sent to transport vehicles.
