Product Description

Ball mills are horizontal cylindrical rotating units, driven by edge gears, with two chambers and grids. The material enters the first chamber through the feed inlet and inside the first chamber, there are graded and corrugated liners and various steel balls. The shell rotates, creating an eccentricity, and this force causes the balls to reach a certain height, and then the balls fall under gravity, which impacts and grinds the material. After primary grinding in the first chamber, the material passes through a segregation screen into the second chamber, where there are fiat liners and steel balls, and after secondary grinding, the material is discharged through a discharge screen.
